Author Dr. Esra Ergün has over 25 years of experience in the information technology and digital technologies sectors. Currently working at Microsoft, Dr. Ergün has completed a Ph.D. in artificial intelligence and strategy. She actively teaches and conducts research at universities, contributing significantly to these fields with her extensive knowledge and expertise.
